At JR Seasonal Services, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and timely service. To ensure fair access to our rental equipment for all customers, we have established the following late return policy. By renting equipment from us, you agree to comply with these terms.

Standard Rental Period

The standard rental period for each item is defined in your rental agreement. The rental period begins at the time of pickup or delivery and ends when the equipment is returned to our facility or picked up by our team.

Late Return Fee

If equipment is not returned by the due date and time specified in your rental agreement, late return fees will apply as follows:

  • Hourly Late Fee: $X.XX per hour, up to the daily rental rate.
  • Daily Late Fee: If the equipment is more than 24 hours late, you will be charged an additional full day’s rental rate for each day the equipment is late.

Maximum Late Fees

Late return fees will continue to accrue until the equipment is returned. However, the total late fees will not exceed the replacement cost of the equipment.

Notification and Communication

If you anticipate that you will be unable to return the equipment by the due date, please contact us immediately at 249-313-0492 or jr.seasonal.services@gmail.com. We may be able to extend your rental period, subject to equipment availability and additional charges.

Unreturned Equipment

Equipment not returned within [X] days of the due date without prior communication will be considered lost or stolen. In such cases, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment, in addition to any accrued late fees.

Condition of Returned Equipment

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented. Additional fees may apply for cleaning, repair, or replacement of damaged or excessively dirty equipment.

Deposit and Charges

Any late return fees, along with charges for damages or missing items, will be deducted from your deposit. If the total charges exceed the deposit amount, you will be responsible for the balance, which will be charged to the payment method on file.

Disputes and Appeals

If you believe that a late return fee has been assessed in error, you may submit a dispute in writing to [email address]. Our customer service team will review your case and respond within [X] business days.
