Repair Terms and Conditions for JR Mobile Repair:

Authorization of Work:

By engaging JR Mobile Repair for service, you authorize us to perform the work detailed in the Service Estimate on the device specified in this form (“Your Device”), subject to the following terms and conditions. If Your Device is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, our Standard Limited Warranty also applies, and any conflict between these terms and the warranty will be resolved in favor of the warranty. If we determine that the issue with Your Device is not covered by the Standard Limited Warranty, additional charges may apply. We will inform you of these charges before commencing work on Your Device, and service will only proceed with your authorization.

Data on Device:

You are responsible for backing up any data on Your Device and protecting it from unauthorized use. JR Mobile Repair does not back up or restore data and is not liable for any lost or corrupted data. We do not consider data on Your Device as confidential and do not have any obligation to treat it as such.

Responsibilities & Limited Warranty:

We may use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing Your Device. Repaired or replaced cases, pouches, and holsters are warranted for thirty (30) days, while all other repaired or replaced devices are warranted for either the remainder of the manufacturer’s original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. If Your Device malfunctions, you must return it to JR Mobile Repair for evaluation. If found defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Our warranty does not cover defects resulting from mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper repair by others, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability:

Our limited warranty represents our full responsibility for service and parts. We are not liable for damages exceeding the total amount due for the service, including but not limited to commercial loss, data loss, inconvenience, or incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

No Modification:

No one is authorized to modify these Terms and Conditions or extend the Limited Warranty on behalf of JR Mobile Repair.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Meta-Data:

JR Mobile Repair may collect Meta-Data logs during diagnostic evaluation to enhance future functionality and repair processes. This data will be used solely for improvement purposes and may be shared with affiliates but will not be further distributed without your consent.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Allen County, Indiana, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of this agreement.

Personal Information:

Any personal information provided will only be used to fulfill the requested service and will not be disclosed without your approval.
